  • Item must be ​unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND/RESHIPMENT

  1. Received incorrect item
  2. Color/size mismatch (vs. order confirmation)
  3. Transit-related damage
  4. Failure to deliver within promised timeframe (based on carrier tracking)
    Note: Refunds/reshipments only – physical returns not accepted.

To exchange an item:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item
